Top guy. Very knowledgeable and kind and friendly. Advised me on my old watch. Fixed my friends and put new battery in. I would have had him mend it but we were on holiday and unfortunately did not have enough time to wait for new part. Top marks John for customer service.

Just went to see John as my watch hadn’t been working for a while and thought I would give it a go. I had previously taken it elsewhere and they said they would have to send it off to Gucci. He fixed it for me in 10 mins and was very helpful. Thanks again John.

Nipped in for a new watch battery and key to be cut john was really friendly and it wasn’t expensive and 12months guarantee on the watch battery that’s brilliant thank you very much!!

I messaged John on Facebook as I needed some new watch batteries, he arranged to meet me at the shop the next day at a specified time. He quickly changed all the batteries while I waited outside, and was so friendly and helpful, and so reasonably priced I couldn’t believe he had come to the shop specially to help me! I shall be using his services regularly from now on and recommend you do too!

I was walking through the market and spotted this stall and asked if he did watch batteries for fancy watches where you need special equipment to open the back. John said yes so half hour later brought my Michael kors and secksy watch. Couldn’t believe it was only £2.99 a battery including fitting. I am so used to paying around £7 for each watch. Lovely fella and service with a smile.
